1. All Sales Are Final

   • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

2. Lead Times

   • Our enclosures are handmade to order, and lead times are approximately 14 days from the time your order is confirmed.

3. Handmade Products

   • All enclosures are carefully handmade in Massachusetts. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, slight visible variations or imperfections may occur. These do not affect the functionality or quality of the enclosures.

4. Product Use Disclaimer

   • These enclosures are designed for reptiles and similar pets. Proper setup and care are essential for the safety of your pet. We are not liable for misuse or improper setup of the enclosure.
