ABOUT THE BREEDER
My name is Sean and I am an exotic reptile enthusiast, educator and collector. My breeding facility is located in Boston, Massachusetts where I work with species such as burmese pythons, boa constrictors and chinese water dragons to name a few!
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
When we were younger, people would always ask us,
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
The common answers were always firefighter, professional baseball player, President etc.
I was the outcast.
My answer was always, "I want to be just like Steve Irwin."
Whether you liked reptiles or not, Steve's passion and enthusiasm was unmatched.
He could be dodging a bite from a deadly Black Mamba and still be smiling at the camera!
Steve was here on this planet for one reason...
to protect wildlife.
Steve's passion for wildlife lit a fire inside of me at a young age that will burn forever and I promised myself that I would continue Steve's legacy through education and conservation.
29 years later, my mindset has not changed.
My goal with Thirteen Serpents is to produce Investment Quality animals that my fellow reptile enthusiasts will enjoy just as much as I do.
First and foremost, all of these animals are my pets. I am fascinated by reptiles and the genetics behind them. It blows my mind that one animal can have various colors and patterns!
At the end of the day, these are living animals and their well-being is most important.
