Lead Times - Our enclosures are handmade to order, and lead times are approximately 14 days from the time your order is confirmed.

Handmade Products - All enclosures are carefully handmade in Massachusetts. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, slight visible variations or imperfections may occur. These do not affect the functionality or quality of the enclosures.

We use high-quality acrylic for our sliding doors due to its clarity, strength, and lightweight properties. However, it’s important to note that slight warping or flexing can occur over time, especially in environments with fluctuating humidity or heat — something common in reptile setups.

This is a known characteristic of acrylic, and while it doesn't affect the functionality of the enclosure, we understand it can be visually noticeable. In many cases, it's minor and can be corrected with gentle repositioning or simple adjustments.

We're continuously looking into solutions to minimize this effect, and if you ever have concerns, we're happy to help troubleshoot or suggest fixes to keep your enclosure performing at its best.
